Anyone help with a viewing/Leicester area

Hi all,

My long on/off search for a rocco continues but I may have found a nice example, although I am not sure whether it is overpriced. I am planning to view it on Thursday at around lunchtime, may be able to change this

I don't suppose there is anyone that would like to accompany me is there ?..happy to cover fuel costs or collect you and donate a few small beer tokens for your time.
