There is quite a good article in the FAQ section on Servo/MC upgrades.

i had a quick look, dosent really say what master cylinder and servo to use mines is an 8v and would be looking for a direct replacment

9" servo (later mk2 Golf GTI) and 22mm M/C (16v Golf GTI) is usually the way to go
