hey all, the show season is starting and i need to get the gtx lookin its best :), need some advice on getting the exterior trim looking good, dont fancy using back to black or any greasy stuff as it looks horrible, was thinking maybe resparying them all satin black????
any easier method than this without having that horrible shiny look to it??
Meguiars Gold Trim Detailer. Doesn't come up gloss, but does come up lovely and black on everything I've tried it on. Gives a kind of deep satiny finish really - looks quite good.
heat gun is the best im my opinion, its quite easy but you just have to go easy on it. however i have been advised that the Autoglym bumper care is also pretty good.
No sorry got a bit carried away. but it does look really good, came up really black. I havnt got a bodykit though so not sure how it would work on that.
Ill let you know how it lasts.
