tell me about it, I have driven 60,000 miles since this thread started, was spotted by a different group once, but in all that driving I have only seen about 20 sciroccos

result, I think I've seen it before, possibly a year ago?

half hour later, saw a nice mark 1 polo on same road.

Lota auto companies down there, cosworth, mahle, I think there's a bosch injection
specialist that has vw's quite often.
I'll have to get me railway anorak out and sit down there and do some spotting.

(there is a railway line down there too!)

Well what do you know, I took Lily out this afternoon for a drive around town and on the way back I actually saw another MkII Scirocco!

Passed it around 4.00pm as it headed from the Prince of Wales roundabout towards the Empress roundabout here in Harrogate. I got such a shock seeing another in town that I didn't take in the colour, maybe grey or silver ... ish?

And it was an F plate, but other than that no info I'm afraid. I did turn back at the roundabout, but I didn't manage to catch sight of it again. :(

My brother spotted a red / maroon mk2 G reg North of Coventry today sounded like a scala body colour bumpers etc. G***FDA

Dark blue on a "F" at Appleby Magna on the old road to Tamworth yesterday early afternoon. I flashed and waved from the 9n, and got a confused expression back!
