Keskin KT1 7.5X16 & 9X16

Post by plastermaster »

Hi guys, thinking of buying some Keskin KT1 rims, 7.5x16 et20 front & 9x16 et15 rear. Will these fit mk2 Storm without arch mods? (running standard suspension at moment).
Also what size tyres do i need? (would frefer a little strech).

Cheers Steve.

There is a section "Match your Tyres to your Wheels" might be worth a look.

check Mr Funks 'The Bandit' or my own 'Scala' project threads - they're about the nearest size wise to your plans.

i run 195/40- 16 on my 7 x 16's on fairly low coilies - minimal rubbing on nsf at roundabouts.

rear arches will need work i'd suggest.

cheers - they're 8 x 16 on the rear with 205/40 - 16 rubber.

i'd 'guess' she is about 50mm lower on the front, slightly higher on the back, rear arches rolled/sealed.

Right guys,im desperate to order these new rims but still not sure what offset to order.
My options are front 7.5x16 et20 or 7.5x16 et35 and rear 9x16 et15 or 9x16 et25 or 9x16 et30.
Is anybody running 9"s rear & 7.5"s front if so what et are yours?

PS my suspension & brakes are standard.

Cheers Steve. :help:

I am but can't for the life of me remember what the offset is. I've just got in and I'm freezing but I'll be out in the yard again tomorrow if you can wait?
