dodgy rear bumper?

Post by jamie190382 »

Hi all

So the driver side of the rear bumper is pretuding a lot and is loose. It has the brackets either side to fix to but the driver side won't fit anywhere near to it. I took it off to see what the problem is. It looks as if the metal bar thing it attatches too is slightly more out then the passenger. Just wondering what I could do with it. As I don't want it falling off on the road somewhere,

Also lol... the driver side door lock is broken. Now its locked and I can't open it. Its not central locking and looks as if the handle is loose. How can I sort it out.

Ta
Jamie

it's had a knock i'd guess that the bumper skin is concealing.

door lock issue - probably a loose rod connecting something - door card removal easy enough to have a proper look, dont forget the screws on the bottom of the card.

Ah I took the skin off and couldn't see anything that looked like hit had been banged. Just looks like ther driver side sticks out more than the other. Can it be moved back in or altered?

With the door. How do I get it open lol. Sorry to sound so dull. I only passed my test 2 weeks ago so don't really know much about cars. But the rocco looks awesome!
