Post by MickyS »

does anyone know if / where i can get a new bolt for my rocker cover, the whole thing, not just the nut, the nut on one of the eight (typically) is totally and utterly seized to the bolt so ive unscrewed the whole thing from the cylinder head, but still cant get the old nut off of the bolt......help!

It's a stud, so you can use any metric M6 iirc stud and nut.

Have you got the stud with the shoulder for use with the cork gasket or the one without the shoulder for use with the rubber gasket?

Either way, your local dealer should be able to get you one.
