I am after the door to window seals but they seem as rare as a unicorn. @blueshark/Joost. Do you have a source? Are there alternatives from other VWs or generics that will fit? Would the Golf mk1 / mk2 community have something? Ali-Express?
Ideas?
Weather is taking it’s toll on the exterior trim and it is getting harder to get bits. My brother has a couple of classic Triumphs (Vitesse / Dolly Sprint) and he can get almost anything and the car shows are full of bits he can use, nothing for the VW crowd. My trip to the NEC this year turned up nothing useful in the auto jumble market place - it was all Fords and Leyland.
