Wanted- Warm up regulator fuel line - DX
Wanted- Warm up regulator fuel line - DX
Hi (my first post here for the record)
Recently got an 88 scirocco gtx, I believe the previous owner was on here.
Anyway, I guess I got a bit excited as I broke the fuel line going from the warm-up regulator to the K-jetronic fuel metering head. I've been doing a bit of research but have been struggling to find anyone who sells it. Again I've only been researching for a bit but I believe the code for it is 067 133 655 B if that helps.
If anyone has any info you can reply on this thread (ill check it regularly for a week or so after posting)
Feel free to correct me if you think I'm incorrect I appreciate the info

Found on eBay but looks like it will need to carefully removed from the WUR, soak it with plenty of Plusgas or you may have the same problem…

I don’t think you can buy just that pipe new anymore so search for second hand, Mk1 Golf cabriolet has the same set up to widen the search. As you have the part number it maybe worth a call to a main dealer to see if they can get one?
The new pipe comes as a set (check it’s the right size before ordering)

If you can get the fuel lines off the WUR and don’t need a spare WUR then you can sell it.
I’ve seen them go for silly money to the Mk1 Golf boys.

Remenber that Golf and Scirocco are not the same.
The metering head is on the right with a Golf and on the left with a Scirocco so there are differences in lenght for the fuel lines.
Better measure and compare length first.

From the outside of the a UK DX with the bonnet open and facing toward the car the metering head is most definitely on the right

The two WUR fuel lines (067133655B and 067133657B) are the same part number for the Mk1 Golfs with K-Jetronic and the Mk1/Mk2 K-Jetronic Sciroccos. The airbox and fuel distributer are located on the left side of the car (if you are sitting in the car).
Joost - you may be thinking of the Mk2 Golfs - VW moved the airbox and fuel distributor to the right side (as viewed from inside the car) on those models. For those cars the part numbers are different - 027133655B and 027133657B.

I’ve got a set of pipes here, you can have the lot for £25 plus postage?
