Mud flaps - Scala

Post by christhemann »

I'm after a set of Mudflaps for my Scala if possible. I've seen a few GTX's with them, but
bit confused as to whether they were original or not?

Did any MK2 Rocco's have front and rear mud flaps?
If so, where can you get hold of some?

:dunno:

yep there was a bodykit specific mudflap for the mk2. i have a pair of front ones in the garage, they had more of a traditional edge to the moulding compared to rounded edged ones as soldn as an eighties official vw dealer accessory,

Very cool! Would be even better with badges on I imagine?
So did you have to fit badges to them, or did they all fall off?

And what about the rear ones then?

yeah i added the little scirocco badges to them when i fitted them to my gtx back in '90 - one popped off in a clumsy mudflap meets kerb parking moment, still have them too and have a stockpile of two NOS packs of badges.

Ah so the badges were not on as standard, just the plain flaps?

If you've got both rears, fronts and a set of badges for each....Would you consider parting with them,
and at what sort of price? :beers:
