Goodbye and Thanks...

Post by filmidget »

That's it.

Descision made.

Done.

After 17-odd years of owning many and various Sciroccos, and being involved with many others...

...my ultimate (in a number of ways) Scirocco is being collected by it's new owner next week.
Image

It last made an appearance at the 2014 National, and has sat in the garage since, so decided it should go to somebody I trust to realise it's potential - being realistic I was never going to get around to it.

Been difficult decision - if nothing else, starting with No-Rice and the Mafia, and including this very club, I have met many simply splendid people through Rocco ownership.

Hoping to make an appearance at the National, and still go and distract Ant & co from getting any work done on a Saturday at Rust Republic.

So, if I don't see you at either of those places, goodbye and farewell chaps.

Phil :bye:

So long big man.
It's been an absolute pleasure.

You can never truly leave you know, half the members of the Family don't own roccos anymore

I have come to the same conclusion...I am in the middle of completing my For Sale template. Will be posted sometime over the weekend. I've not been able to enjoy it because I haven't had the time to tinker and someone else ends to appreciate it (and look after it and keep it on the road)

Kind offer Johnny, but once it's gone, it's gone...

Plus now I might get the MG back on the road.
