I like the earlier spec spoiler, rather than the one that runs the full height of the tailgate, however since looking into it it seems that there are different types, can anyone enlighten me?
"small" is the one that was fitted to (nearly) all the early cars without a body-kit.
"small with gaps" is the Zender spoiler that was part of the early GTX body kit (and sometimes seen on non-kitted cars).
"normal" is the one fitted to the vast majority of mk2 Sciroccos that left the factory with a body kit.
If you want to change from the "normal" spoiler to a small one you will either need to find an early bootlid, or be prepared to have the holes on your own welded-up.
