MK2 Bieber on Ebay

Looks to possibly be an early 1.8 Injecton. Body kit must have been added after? Been off the road for many years.

I'd love to have one but that looks like a money pit - aside from all the work stated I expect the rear arches will have disintegrated under that kit.

"only one in the UK" he he

to be fair though if the body not in bad nick under the kit, would be a good, if expensive, project

Having restored mine, which had an MOT when I bought it, factor in its been standing for 10+ years. This indeed could be a money pit!

The last picture of the fusebox on the floor by the rear wheel sells it for me..

I was going to offer to go and look if anyone is interested as its just down the road, but just noticed its only got a day left, but sure it'll be relisted soon enough...

Looks like it sold for £3k, strong money I think for something that will need thousands spending on it

In an attempt to reinforce the meaning of my user name, I shelled out £3K on this car and realise I will probably have to spend more to get it OK.

But there again it is an interesting and unusual car. And they don't exactly grow on trees.

Incidentally, I was the only bidder and this was the reserve, I could possibly have got it cheaper in a relisting, but my heart ruled over good sense.

Money in the bank is no fun and I'm not getting any younger!

My 1997 GLS is now up for sale to make room.

Great news it's gone to some on here, start up a thread when you get it home and let us know the situation. :-D

We don't do this for money as like may others on here I spend more on my car than it's worth but just did it because I wanted to and I'm attached to my car and not going to sell it.
If you and the seller are happy with the price it's all win win on a rare car.

I take it your a fan of the Village people and that's how you live up to your user name!! My two kids saw me browsing looking at this car and were poking at me to buy it. Glad to see someone on here has it and good luck with the project. I hope other members near by you give you a hand getting it back to its former glory and hopefully it won't cost thousands. Fair play to you. :pilot:
