Hi all,
I rang the RAC yesterday with the number that we are given in our membership pack. The number didn't connect through and said it was not recognised. I then got through to them via a number on their website. I told them I was a member here and the girl said she had to check something. I was on hold for about a minute and then she came back asked for a contact name and number and I was told that I would be contacted in about 10 mins. After 45 mins nothing and I had to go out.
This morning I rang again and explained everything and she asked for our number to claim discount and she said that number isn't recognised as well. However I got discount anyway for some reason so all is well but just wanted to make you guys aware of it. So the contact number and discount code don't work!!
