SR NAtional Meet - CAMPING INFO - 7&8/08/2015

Hi Everyone,

Once again we have secured the use of White Pump Farm for camping this year http://www.whitepumpfarm.com/

I've managed to retain the same bargain price as last year.

Just £8 per person, per night

- No extra fee for cars
- Bring as big a tent as you like as we have the whole field again

Campsite is available from Friday 7th August for those early birds

Please add your name down here so i have an idea of Numbers for camping

Please indicate if you are coming for Friday + Saturday or Saturday only

We'll have a "Social" evening on the Saturday night with the club providing a few drinks and a bit of nicely charcoaled BBQ food!

Remember to bring your own provisions;

White Pump farm is a very very basic campsite!
There are no cooking facilities so bring the usual camping gear (stove etc..)
Washing facilities are also very basic with only wash basins and toilets

The BBQ & Beer on Saturday will be a simple affair too (few burgers, sausages etc) any dietary requirements please bring your own food!

I did have a look around for alternative sites this year, however finding somewhere as accommodating as White Pump is very difficult. Most campsites/venues will not allow car clubs etc... Also even though it is very basic the owner is a fine fellow and super friendly. He gives us the whole paddock to use so there will be ample space.

Btw what's the script for setting up camp? There's a convoy from the North west leaving early Saturday morning but if I'm staying over do we need to pitch up first before going to the actual doo?

As long as we raise it off the grass i think it's fine

Will double check with campsite owner next week as i need to call him anyway to give a rough idea of numbers
