Hope you can help.

I have found the VAG Service Schedule for the Scirocco, on page one (Vehical Data) it lists Optional Extra codes. Googled but cannot find an answer.
L90E - Presume this Paint code (White)

but what about -

LSW LYC MAH W01 621 986

VS4 PGH Pistol holster compartment and rifle compartment

I'd imagine that's for police-spec cars. Or the US market...
