Post by b5byt »

Does anyone have a roll cage fitted and kept the carpet, 2 front seats and dash?

Any pictures?

Thanks

have a look through these pics, theres a few roccos with roll cages but im sure one of the stripped out red ones had the roll cage going through cut outs in the dash and looked good but it had no carpets.
the flip paint reiger kitted one had a roll cage that bolted to the arches and to the floor behind the front seats but still had carpets.

The Safety Devices roll cage (for mk1 and I think can be squeezed into a mk2) is designed to fit with the dash in. Carpets would need trimming. Seats won't be a problem.

Thanks guys,

The dash mod looks brutal !

I have taken out the chrome show cage so it will need a proper cage at some point this year.
