280mm g60 (I think) with adapters.
280mm hi-spec. They do a complete kit.
280mm wilwood. Think they do a kit too.
256mm vauxhall. Corsa/tigra calipers and disks.
Probably many others too depends on budget and wheel size mainly. There is info on here about the vauxhall upgrade. I'm pretty sure Mr funk had the wilwood set up. Not seen anyone using the Hi-spec kit but I was looking at it a while ago and i thought it looked really good for the money.
Ben.

Re: what bigger breaks can i use
be warned, i bought some loverly big g60 discs and calipers with adaptors to go on mine. i had already bought the wheels (15") and there was very very little clearance (less than 2mm) between wheel and caliper. some 15s might not clear them at all.
256mm vx brakes should clear ok with 14s or 15s (astras and corsas had 14s as stock)

You could also fit the 256mm setup as fitted to the GTX 16v and mk2 Golf GTI 16v.
