New member with a 92 GT2 :)

Post by drew01 »

Hey everyone,

I recently bought a 1992 GT 2. I was steered towards this site buy a fella who owns a VW so I thought it was only correct to introduce myself and obviously the car! He sang your praises and said its the place to start if I want to get my hands on any bits and bobs I cant find on eBay... electric window switches?!!!

Since owning it I've fitted the Avus alloys as it had steel ones on that had seen better days. Other than that it will remain as it is!

Hey mate welcome to the register.

If you look under the classifieds section and put a post up in parts wanted and also browse the parts for sale I'm sure someone will have one

Yes they do come up from time to time on here. If ur desparate then classic parts have them at about £45 per switch however be warned they do not have the white symbol on them so if ur only replacing one then it looks a bit odd
