Not been on here for a while guys, been cracking on with the conversion... here are two photos of how it stands at the mo.
Its a k04 turbo with lightened flywheel and lightened ecs pulleys... and lots of custom goodies :)... should be hitting 270hp.

Loving it,
With your top fill rad, did you just blank off the header tank feed pipe? The one with the y piece to the turbo water feed?
Also how did you go about your main fuel lines?

I blanked it off at the y piece and connected the turbo water feed to the outlet closest to the thermostat. And i am running a swirl pot with a custom fuel pump set up... With AN-6 braided fuel lines under the car to the fuel rail.

Looking forward to watching the progress on this motor :) thinking about doing a 1.8t conversion on mine late next year.

:)... 1.8t gives the old roccos a new lease of life. Plus they can then toy with m3s and the like :p.

Not done yet... wont be on the road untill atleast summer time. ... but 270bhp into 1000kgs... is deffo going to be a handfull of hot fuzzy delight :).
