I buy all my nuts, bolts, fasteners, etc from a specialised supplier, you'd be surprised how cheap they are.
Ask at any general engineering company where they buy.....it's amazing how helpful people can be if approached in a friendly way.

Does anyone have any pics of this conversion as I wouldn't mind doing it myself. I've got hold of a 16v servo and master cylinder, just need to sort calipers and disks now

What do you need a picture for?
The callipers and carriers literally bolt straight on. You just need some stepped bolts and vauxhaull flexis.
I can send you the link for the ones I bought If it helps.

The link to the bolts and flexis you bought dozzum would be helpful for me as well as I'm looking to fit some Vaux calipers, and I'm relatively new to this stuff!

I havent bought any yet but was gonna measure the originals and look at whats available as thete are lots of different lengths of flexi for various vauxhaulls that will fit.
