With milage that low I'd keep it standard or if you do mod it make sure it is easy to get back to standard. It looks smart like that and will be easier to sell and bring a better price if it ever came to it as mods don't generally push the price of your car up much in comparison to what you spend. You could show it in concourse competitions and do well if you keep it original. Get another as well, a cheap higher milage one and mod that to death.

I would suggest if you're going to mod - only do so things that can be put back to original at a later date. If you buy new wheels keep the originals, new indies, the same, etc, etc if you catch my drift..

Cheers Rick,

Was thinking of showing at tatton park in August. Most cars i see have some sort of mod on them.Ur probably right though, keeping it true to its roots might be the best option.

leave it as it is. as i get older i am much more impressed by cars that look as they did when they left the showroom.
i know i am alone here but clear indies etc cost a fortune and don't do anything for the look of the car IMHO.

car looks class, very much like my old rocco which i spent 1000s modding, for no financial benefit, and now wish i'd just left alone.

I'd do subtle mods like g60 steels and a 20/40mm drop.

If the wheels are in good shape then i'd leave it alone. Had to change mine because they were rusty as hell, and it was cheaper to buy some G60's than refurb the old ones or buy some new OEM ones. Have to say I love the G60s tho!

thirded. If you want to mod something, get something slightly less special.

If it was me, i'd leave it standard, because its in such good condition with virtually no miles on the clock,

i'll be over to take a butchers at it at Tatton though, keep you eye out for mine :)

Good show at Tatton Park, was on the register stand in 2007 but won't be able to make it this year. There's always a few roccos in the concourse competition but you should definately have a go or as Mark said, try and get on club stand.
