Dellorto twin carbs

Post by G5 VWS »

So here's the situation

Got myself a set of twin 40 dellorto's for my 1.8 ex webber carb'd gt11.

Couple of questions. Are these gonna make much difference to the performance? I've already had a few mods ( branch manifold and fast road cam). So if they do the Problem I'm having is getting hold of a manifold for them.

Had a quick look about but haven't really turned anything up apart from DIY kits. Does anyone know if an off the shelf part exists or have one to spare or I know where I could get one made??

Thnks in advance

I think Demon Tweeks do a Mangoletsi manifold, or you may find one on ebay.

There's one, not sure of quality but it's what I'll probably get when I switch to twin 40s
