We're going to organise mini bus or cabs to bring the hotel group to/from the campsite BBQ on the Saturday evening.
If you're a hotel person add your name to this thread so that we can book a suitably sized or sufficient numbers of vehicles.

Current thinking, leave hotel 630pm and return 930pm depending on weather.

There will be some standard fayre and a couple of drinks arranged but we do encourage people to byob if they're expecting half a cow and gallons of grog.

Ditto for special diets.
