A new facility from the dealers

Post by ianaudia4 »

I was in Abridge VW today getting my Audi MOT'd (cheapest around at £35) amd was talking to the parts guy who I usually deal with. He says that a new facility they now have with ETKA is to email customers the ETKA illustration and part numbers, to prove it he sent me a page which I have just opened, it is spot on.
Don't be fobbed off by un-interested dealers!!!

It is available online, along with the workshop tech data for a small fee. It is from all manuacturers, but they so t like people knowing about it. Came about due to a change in the law forcing manufacturers to make this info available for independant garages. Good news is that it makes it available for diy mechanics too
