Booked a clubstand for 15 cars on the Sunday only (16th August)

Show Tickets
Each member of your club stand must buy their tickets before the show. This is because we start to let club cars in before the gates open to the public and we don’t want unnecessary queues caused by people having to pay for tickets on the gate.
You can buy your show tickets here > http://www.vwfestival.co.uk/tickets Please pass this link on to your club members.
Rear-view mirror hangers
All confirmed clubs will be posted one wing mirror hanger for each club vehicle in late July or early August. No hanger, no entry.
We give each club enough space for the exact amount of cars they have asked for. The club stand organiser is held responsible for the organisation of the club stand.
