Very nice. Great find!

What's the story behind it? Bought by an elderly person who hardly used it and then was stopped from driving by failing health?

It's things like this that make the Internet worthwhile. I can't really express what i feel about seeing this without resorting to expletives

Thanks guys ,the story behind it is the owner drove it for a bit and then decided to keep it for when he retired to take to shows etc .He sadly passed away before he retired his widow had planned on keeping the car but moved and had no where to keep it .When I went to view the car it was in storage waiting to go to her new house at which point she decided she had no room . Lucky for me :)

Hi Mark,

Where in Somerset are you mate?

This car would sweep the board at the Castle Cary Cavalcade. It's on July 8th if you're interested in coming along.

Cheers.

So what's the plan for it... just re-commision it and pootle around, do a few shows? It would be a great car to go on holiday in... as long as you don't mind loads of people coming up to say "My dad had one of those - I loved it"
