In simple terms of diameter, 13" was standard on early mk2s, so yes they will fit with standard brakes. However, you will also need to consider rim width and offset (ET).

i was just wondering if the brakes where small enuff. i know all about offsets et ect. i have a set of wheels in mind

haha i roll low and slow in my ald granpa auto. the brakes are rarely used lol
