14" with a dish

Post by tobyio »

Can anybody recommend a 14" wheel that has at least a 2 inch dish that will sit nice on a scirocco mk1?

I found plenty of options in 13" and 15" but not much in 14" except the schmidt TH lines.

Cheers

Compomotive do some nice ones I think. Steffan rims, le castelettes. 14 I think is the perfect size, but not many around.

If you fancy Le Castellets how about these ones on ebay right now ...

Or maybe these ...

Not perfect, one cap mssing, but down to £150 when last bumped although they could have gone by now.

Our own FAQ lists a range of wheels that were available on the Scirocco though not all are 14”.

Another useful source of info might be the cybertects website which also lists 'water-cooled wheels' ...

I echo the 14's being the perfect size.

I think with 2"s of dish you would have alot of poke!

Look in the wheel classifieds on club polo.. full of small wide wheels :hi:

Lc's best vw wheel in my opinion, esp high polished. Iirc they come in two diameters? Very close to porsche d90's which I wish weren't 16's!

Bravo! I used to have a set on my mk1 golf, just the plain ones. They fitted fine, yours is mk2 rocco though right?
