Clutch cable

Post by ianaudia4 »

Does anyone know where I can get a new clutch cable for my 84 Storm (1.8 DX engine).
It hasn't broken but to me it feels a bit tight, so maybe a new one would loosen up
the pedal a tad.
Tried GSF and ECP, no joy from both of them. :thankyou:

GSF 71599 CLUTCH CABLE SC 1.8 8v F.Inj 8/85 > 10.60

no stock on ECP web site?

sometimes you just get a bad assistant.

got one from ECP a few months back i assume they'll have them again?

as far as i know all Rocco DX engines have the same cable

I'd recommend getting a genuine part from your local VW dealership. The pattern ones are pants.
