I would agree about the forever black - it works really well.

Used it on my bumpers, the front one had nearly gone white in places and its sorted the right out after a couple of coats.

Who assumed that the indicators and hadards ran off the same fuse and drove an hour out of his way to buy a new hazard switch and relay that didnt need replacing in the first place?

that would be me.

haha, yea, was just the fuse. Im an idiot :hehe:

Hazards not working?

Had this problem in the past - turned out it was the switch itself. Just had a play with the mk1 and cant get the hazards to work, allthough all the indicators work fine on there own?

changed the switch and the relay with no joy - any pointers?

Its an early model - but ive had the whole loom out ...

2nd time ive driven it in over a year... sporting 2 RMs a steel and a teardrop, with the suspension jacked up and no front end it doesnt look to pretty :lol:

all depends on preferance really, but some 165 tyres would go some way to reduce the potential scrubing on the front

not the nicest to drive on though - they're pretty choppy!

I gave my chromes to a guy in the US - he seemed to think they were slightly shallower i think?

Well, after spending about a year in a million pieces.. It finally starts and all gears engage (via a gear stick and clutch :hugegrin:)

very pleased.
