its on the back of the clocks, its a black block that attaches to the main unit with some screws and a ribbon cable. I found mine was faulty and replaced it. Eventually even that one went. The only way I found to source them was on another set of clocks. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v88 ...

Will likely be the speed sensor based on your last post. Could be the vacuum pipe too (to the back of the clocks).

+1 we have a car hoover but its small, loud and fills up quickly with lack of suction. As above get the Dyson in there.
