Re: Grinding sound?
There's very little movement, if any on the front wheel bearings until they need replacing. However, they usually give plenty of notice when they start to need replacement with the noise progressively more noticeable. Worth checking the rears too, wheel bearing noise can tend to resonate around the ...

Re: Fuel lines
I'm currently considering these:

I've had brake lines from them before, very good quality. All the ends are done, so you only need to bend them.

Re: Head gasket/EGR cooler/turbo or injectors HELP :,(
I'm more familiar with older TDI's, but if it runs a tandem pump (fuel and vacuum), it would be worth checking the fuel pump isn't leaking into the engine. Was the smoke black or blue? If black, it could be the result of injector or pump issues. Depending on how much fuel is in the sump, a good oil ...

Re: Oil catch can
You'll probably need to clean the filter too, it looks oil soaked, so while there's pressure in the can it will keep dripping.

Quality job!!
It's tricky to get the tension right on headliners to avoid saggy or overtight bits, that's spot on!

Re: Bluetooth Stereo Suggestions/Experience
Yes
As long as it is on a fused circuit, which the original stereo wiring is, you're ok. Just make sure any loop wires are correctly terminated/insulated and secure.
