ahh now you see, that was the previous owner, redgt had a handbrake for it but i never got round to collecting it

sounds like the choke is sticking on , i have my old pierburg 2e2 sat in my garage
my gt2 has now been sold to luke, i only changed the carb for a bit of extra oomph and make it a bit more revvy, it works fine

yes kieron thats the easy route, one big lump sum and job done, but wheres the fun, the knowlege gained, if it breaks down you have a better chance of fixing it yourself

hello luke think i know the car your on about 4 plus e is on car, guys are correct the e is basically a fifth gear but slightly bigger ratio, at 70 it will cruise all day about 3 k revs, not sure if this saves fuel or not but i get suprisingly good mileage out of it remember though you still have to ...

front mate, as you look under the bonnet to the right of crossmember one big nut, screws left into bumper iron, meant to be two ? though i think, two holes in replacement bumper
