Re: changing fusebox

As far as i know the fuse boxes are all pretty much the same, i know the blade and original castle fuses are interchangable.

Plenty of info on the 'rocco fuse box here and here, the fusebox is Central Electric 1 (CE1)

Re: Painting indicators?

Been playing with a Fly Eyes Kit today, very easy to fit and can get most colours. May be easier and less hassle than spraying them

Re: Kamei GTX - MOT Booked!!!

The kit arrived this morning http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff204/Birdyvw/Rebuild/IMG_20110924_120522.jpg I went...

Re: How Do I Remove Fuel Sender Unit?

Drift and large hammer!

Seriously tho thats the only way i've ever taken them out, place the drift up against one of the notches and hammer it anti-clockwise to remove it! Once its came out once its always easier the next time

Re: Kamei GTX - Getting closer!

Managed to get some of the finishing touches on it today, gone with chrome handle inserts http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff204/Birdyvw/Rebuild/IMG_20110905_164129.jpg Breaks the black ...

Re: Kamei GTX - Decided the colour and even done some more work!

Well, after a stupidly long day (out getting the car ready just after 6 this morning!) i've finally pulled my finger out of my arse and got it sprayed; will let pics do the talking :chill: http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff204/Birdyvw/Rebuild/IMG_20110831_135737.jpg http://i240.photobucket.com/al...

Re: Kamei GTX - Decided the colour and even done some more work!

Are you going satin black then? Really liked the orange. Looking very good I do like the orange but after giving it some thought decided on the black. Its actually a matt finish but looks more satin! Think its better than having it gloss - had a game with orange peel with the glossy purple and was ...

Re: Kamei GTX - Changed my mind and colour!!

While i was on a roll it was time to get the door slams done - this was the one thing i had been putting off! Started by stripping the doors down while they were still on the car, thought it would of been more awkward than it actually was. Removing them was then pretty easy to do on my own - had to ...

Going to the national meet gave me some motivation to get a move on and sort the car out  Started by getting the roof/tailgate and sunroof done http://i240.photobucket.com/albums/ff204/Birdyvw/Rebuild/IMG_20110713_150047.jpg http://i240.photobucket.com/albu...
