Looks lovely*, but I'd be surprised if it makes anywhere near 5 figures...

Re: Ryan’s 1981 Blue Storm - NRB

I had a bit of a 'mare tracking a new screen down to be honest, and nearly gave up. I can't for the life of me remember which company it was that sorted it in the end (not Autoglass - they were less than helpful!). Anyway, the guy came to my workplace and fitted it in the car park - used the old sea...

I think it was a trimsport special from back in the day - they may have sold a few, but I've never seen any apart from on this one....

Re: MK 1 Storm - The Money Pit

You're so right about the wheel Jimmy - It's like it was always meant to have it!
(it's also surprising what a difference brand spanking leather feels like compared to the 30+ years old original...)

Re: Ryan’s 1981 Blue Storm - NRB

Hi Neil, I honestly can't remember - looking at the pics, I'd say it was re-painted when I took it to Danny Allen (waste of money tbh), as it seems to match the rest of the rear... But I didn't think it had been. The colour it is now is much more a match for the colour when I first had it. Both time...

Re: Newbie - Mk1 1.5TS

Hi Norman,

Pics, a list of bits missing and details of corrosion would be key to price.
Also is it in current use?
Any advisories on the MoT?

But most of all people like pics!!!!

Re: My £66 Charity Case GT

Just came back from the rolling road. Results were 128bhp and 120 torque. Quite chuffed considering it was all my own work. Drives like a boss, just a little stutter when booting it, but with such an aggressive cam and old carbs, to be expected. Engineers were most complimentary about the quality o...
