Noticed that the metal section behind the body kit is rotted in places, especially over the exhaust pipe. Is it possible to get the metal rear valance any more?? & where from.

Last week in Germany Helious blue GT 2 on the A6 between Luxembourg & Mannhiem & dark grey GTX parked up in Spyer.... didn't expect to see any on my travels, made a nice change from the usual euro boxes

had a look under the rear the other day and discovered a few gremlins eating away at the rear lower valance behind the body kit..... & with my plans at the end of the summer in removing the whole kit to see whats behind it ...gulp! was thinking that I would replace the panel.

Anyone know if / where ...

It's precisely this scenario that I have ended up rarely using VW or for that matter GSF. Trying to explain to someone that a lot of 8v parts off something like a MK3 Golf will fit a Mk2 Scirocco is impossible :dash:

As topic, where can I get some.... had some of those from GSF, not really impressed as the leads / plugs dont seem to have a good connection. :(
