I've used an old janspeed 4-2-1 on my 2 litre AGG block engine and have had no clearance problems at all .

thanks for that, when i bought my audi throttle body it came with a warm up reg with an extra pipe connection on the side so i guess this is the 16v part you mention .i'll look on club gti before i fit it .
