16v exhaust manifold

Hi guys, cars been to the garage and failed mot because of my exhaust manifold. They told me in needs replacing. I need to do this ASAP can anyone point me in the right direction of how to source one? Thanks

Do you have an email address I could send you a couple of photos of my manifold, my build..... Not quite as exiting ad yours ect? I just broke my radiator expansion nipple so might look for the bigger one as looks like it fits much better.... I have Reyes putting them on but they fowl the alternator ...

Hi mate, just had a quick look through your thread will take some time to read it properly later... I have a manifold already made up and have some zx6r carbs, r1 fuel pump, filter king with fuel gauge. Do I defiantly need one of those flanges?? Also what's the crack with repositioning the alt, do I ...

cheers sean!! would rather do safely and will, but always breaks the bank :crying:

also if i put proper spacers with the bolts id have 13 bolts per wheel, 4 for the spacers, 4 for the adaptors and 5 for the wheel thats 52 bolts lol

by the time ive got some longer bolts and longer locking nuts will prob cost me about the same on near as if buying proper spacers?!?!?!?!?

lol. yup.

well basically i got some 20mm spacers with my new wheels with longer bolts, but the bolts are only 10mm longer than origanal, which are 29mm so these new ones are 39mm which would mean only 9mm of thread holding the wheels on instead of 19mm... doesnt seem much to me????

whats the minimum amount of thread from the wheel bolt that goes into the hub can be?? hope this makes sence? :blush: :scratch:

well my cars low!! really want to go for the low wide look but dont have lots of knowledge! ideally i want small + wide wheels or as much poke as i can get. any photos or help with this would be helpfull!! any of you have the slammed wide look???

hi all :hi: , i am currently running 195/50/r15 but as i need new tyres on the front a.s.a.p, i might get 195/45/r15 as running on coilovers wonderin if it might get the front a a lil lower (grass cutter) :cool: ? any one running on 45's? pics would be great aswell, cheers.
