minor update.
I've moved house and bought the mother of all building projects so between the house and a 12 month year old the poor old rocco hasn't had much attention since late last year other then being moved on a trailer to its new home.

so i've been chipping away and i am finally getting pretty close.

engine mounts have all been made up and finished

hi. i've been chipped away slowly. the 'bolt in' engine mounts all needed adjustment by an inch or so which is annoying. But they are now all in and engine finally located. It now sits level too. I have clocked the turbo to point the compressor pipe downwards so i can do a hidden pipe set up. The ...

note my very...er..safe supports for when i had to remove the crane (which i used to lift the car). Trolley jacks sat on top of ramps. nice...

So i fitted the vr6 into the rocco. Terrifying lift the car up, 33 inch to the underside of the front so i could roll the engine under!
Its sits pretty close to the ground (about an inch). It does seem like the drivers side sits a bit low though, so i will adjust the mount to i can raise that side ...

bit more progress. lightend flywheel, 6 puck clutch and turbo stuff! not lon until i can swap the engines!
