It's been a long time since I've been on here and I'm must say I'm impressed.
I've owned my scirocco 1800gti early 1984 scirocco for a long time and she's been sat in my garage for over 3 years.

I've spoken to a couple of people about my problem and its now got to the point I need any help possible.
I have a for founder earley MK2 Scirocco eg 1984.I need to change the throttle body and I'm having a nightmare trying to match it up.Can anyone help me.

Single wiper arm on earley mk2
Single wiper arm on my Scirocco mk2 1983,not sure if anyone can spread some light on this little problem I have.I wont to change the arm on my single wiper arm so that it sits on the drivers side anybody know if thire is a conversion for this?

After loads of reading and investigating the car better.It appears that the throttle body has loast "yes lost" the throttle stop screw (which should be fixed factory fitted with a big glob of yellow piant on it)Also the airscrew in the throttle body has ...

Ok heres a strange story i hope somebody can end for me.
1983 A reg mk2 Rocco 1800 injection dx
Fully serviced
Starts fine first time in the day,ticks over at about 950/975rpm's
Drives fine then after about 15 to 20 odd miles the tick over speeds up to around 1100rpm's its starts to pink as ...
