Had a minute to check this out. O ring felt OK. Business end of screw was encrusted with hard black stuff. Carbon build up maybe. The entire intake system was covered in it when I got the car. What bumpstops are you using? On the phone to both, Eibach said they didn't know which dampers were matched to pro-kit, but that the kit was matched to mk2. Turns out that due to thread manufacturing processes, nylocks must have a thread and a half visible in order to grip properly. So spacers are now 6mm. Doesn't seem a lot.
