Older than that I think, but if you want a 256mm set up I have a pair of 16v GTi calipers and Scirocco 16 carriers sitting around that will bolt on once cleaned up for less than the cost of the carrier's. I've upgraded to 295mm 2 piece discs.

Get a supercharger from a Merc c230 or the like. Then use a speeduino ECU to control timing(it can retard the distributor ignition) and put the Weber on the inlet side of the charger.
