Hopefully that link works, it's a weber 45 and the bolt wasn't even right at all was basically hand tight

So I've had a horrible situation occur earlier today, tightening my carbs up and the carb literally splits right beneath the bolt I was tightening creating a big vaccume leak, the bolt was still almost lose enough to tighten up by hand so I have no idea what has happened.
