Re: 1979 Scirocco GLS

Nice upgrades,

Keep Going!!

PS: Sorry for the silly question, but why do you need an early front panel, it's any difference to the late front panel??

I thought they were the same, similar.

Cheers

ET45 will make them tuck alot. the 5" barrels are needed for clearence on the inside of the arch and coilover. 0.5" dishes so it tucks like the trail fitted picture. :vcool: The interior of your fenders is like this: http://www.jiabano.com/cars/81rocco/108.jpg It's from an amrican rocco, if see ...

Thank you! Im going to knock the fronts down to 5.5" so it will still get some steering lock that low. The rears will be 8" with an offset of around ET26. im hoping the very edge of the dish will poke and the tyre will tuck. Have you got the bumpers yet? they have been in paris since the 18th. I ...

You may well know that already, but just to be sure. Yes. Ah yes, I was miles away.. yes you would ...

Re: Joti's VW Scirocco Typ 53 from 78!!

I'm thinking in use a complete golf mk1 GTI gearbox, with clutch and flywheel of it to the AFT. As the golf mk1 gti gear selector/linkages. Nice project - hope it's ...
