theres got to be a car out there with similar design scrapers. maybe an old audi gt set might fit, they have longish doors.

it only takes ten mins to remove the seats, id pull them out and either jet wash them and wet vac them or use upholstery cleaner. if you take them out you can leave them somewhere to dry quickly in your house.

polov8 that is a great build mate, hats off to ya. the sight of all those wires though would prob make me cry. think im edging towards kr on carbs, petrol may be expensive but it will be cheaper overall than blowing 5 grand on a new motor. i shall start purchasing parts immediatey. anyone know anyon...

yeah its carb, yes that is similar to the one i would like but im looking for a more square one without the cooling fins.

does anyone know where i can get a decent looking cam cover for my 8v? seen one on ebay but its £150 and i dont really want to spend that much. i have an 8v carb in my scala think its dx engine or ex (its got an x in it) anyway do any other engine covers fit mine? seen some nice ones on google image...

ive got a scala with weber carb, i love the thing i do about 1000miles+ (motorway) every month and get about 35 to the gallon, which aint too bad seeing as ive got a big exhaust and k and n filter. touch wood she aint let me down yet! if i was you i would just go for the best example you can find.
