Looks good - I'm planning on some bay tidying later in the summer :good:
Regarding the master cylinder, just bear in mind any "uprated" one will only have 4 outlets. You'll either have to get creative with T-pieces to plumb in the brake light switches or make a brake pedal mounted switch.

well best update as ajay has fallen behind.
we had the car up and running but then snapped a bolt in the side of the head after a few satardays of fiddleing the only option was to remove the head. this was the begining of the year, with his and my work and pass times leaving a odd day ever month ...

1.6 heads
the head on ajays mk1 rocco 1.6 has a problem, its a early one with the water outlet to the rad on left hand side between number 1 and 2 plugs. he been given a later 1.6 head from a mk2 golf but the water outlet is between number 3 and 4 plugs, can he use this headn or is it completely wrong. thanks ...

vaccum pipe layout
hi any one know the vaccum pipe layout on a 1.6 mk1 with a weber carb convertion.
i know one from the brake servo pipe to the dizzy cap just unsure on the others. also theres a pipe on the the rear of the carb which petrol comes out of maybe a fuel return its a small bore pipe.
any pics and help ...
