What a shame :crying:

GUR 310 N
registered 27 01 1975 and untaxed from 01 05 1987

Must still have some useful spares though.

All the brightwork is still there, and that'll be the proper metal stuff on that age car. Lights probably alright too. Maybe some interior +/- mechanical gubbins. I'll bet it wasn't actually too bad in '87 either.

I can't really say anything about it. I lifted the pictures from this http://retrorides.proboards.com/index.c ... 301&page=1

They where about half way through..Taken mid 2007 I believe.

When i had my first mk1 about 21 years ago, the old owner gave me one of those SCIROCCO plates that fit between the back lights, i dont remember selling it with the car, so it may be kicking around somewhere !! Never liked the look of them fitted to the car to be honest.

Don't ask me....it was like that when i got here !

Hateful to see cars left to rot away, thsi is how I found my Storm, in a poor condition in "posh" kensington!
It was crying out to be rescued.

Standard fare on US 'S' models, I bought one from the US cost me near £100 including shipping. very popular at roadstar with the euro brigade. I have to admit I am not keen on it nowadays and it is loitering around the for sale stuff of late.
