Scotty here. Rocco is back as being main car (still have the modern but work local now so dont need it) so will probably be on here a fair bit more. Had been a bit quiet whilst it was laid up over winter.

Hey All
Hows it going -great new site aint it !
Ridinggod name comes from my 1st passion Riding ! Bikes that is :cool:
Just got back into Roccos since owning a two year old 88 Scala back in the day -Nicked off my drive two years later :beg: and decided to find a bargin and do it up !
Found an 89 Scala last year :ebay: 180.00 :beers: and just starting to bring it back to life
Decided after visiting Santa Pod at the weekend to make it as standard as poss as i think the Scala looks great as was designed

Light nights mean messing with the Rocco !

Hi All,
The new forum is looking good!!
Im ben, drive a 86 Gt 1.6 carb, bit of a rolling project but its getting there slowly.
Im from west sussex and organise the west sussex meet that is in the events section! :)

Own a new shape Passat Estate which is my daily drive but my mk2 scala is tucked up in my garage currently undergoing 'the works' :)

YEAH here, or richard. i have a black gt2 witch is currently off road due to dual carb conversion. hopefully have it back on the road in a week or so.
probably post a few pics of that as it progresses.

Car History:
1. Ford Fiesta 1988 (it was my mums MK2!, i killed it :(!)
2. Ford Mondeo 1994 (turbo diesel!!! aaagghhh!) - horrid car
3. VW Beetle 1970 (my baby :() - Now turned into a sand buggy thing! (not by me i must add!)
4. Renault Laguna 1996 - If carlsberg made comfy cars this would be it, and it used to do 45mpg for a 1.8 petrol!
5. Toyota Corolla 1991 - possibly the most uncomfortable car ever!
6. VW SCIROCCO! YEY - Best car ever :)


Musical interest: Mainly rock/indie but also trance, dance, metal, electro.... anything i can lay my hands on! i have no stereotype grudges if i like it, its good.
Fav food: Gotta be sausages! :) yum
