The nuts should only be done up to 10nm. Most leaks are as a result of over tightened nuts/bolts causing cam cover warping or too much gasket compression.


Apparently the dreadful paint on my Rocco is PATINA....

and as a result of the reinforcing strips missing.
i use the cap head bolts so you can be sure the cover is torqued all the way down and not sat on the stud shoulders.


I dont mind project cars but I HATE SANDING!!!
